Turtle Cookies

I used a shortbread base for these cookies, packaged caramels and mini Hershey's chocolate candy bars. I had to snap the picture quickly because the caramel and chocolate melted and ran off the cookie. Next time, I'll make sure to cool the caramel before adding the chocolate. 😃
