Hot Chocolate Cake

I took this recipe from The Great British Bake Off book page 28. It actually did taste like hot cocoa. This was one of my personal favorites. This was one of my first attempts at piping. I decorated the top a bit differently because I didn't have any marshmallows. The mini chocolate chips worked well as a substitute. The top is dusted with cocoa powder. It was very rich.
